Atty. Salvador Panelo is speaking to Duterte's camp in a go head to head with Trillanes at the bank.

Atty. Salvador Panelo a lawyer of Duterte's camp said that at any given time they can prove that no P211-M was deposited to the bank account of Mayor Rody either individually or collectively.

“I have addressed the bank to issue the necessary documents. Based on the records of the bank, walang P211 million sa kanyang deposit mula pa noong ito'y binuksan niya at hanggang ngayon,” Panelo said on GMA News' "News To Go."

Senator Trillanes Didn't Sign the Affidavit, just left the building and refused to be interviewedAtty. Salvador Panelo challenged Trillanes to issue a sworn sworn statement regarding his allegations.

A waiver of bank secrecy law and different archives will give a false representation of the charges against Duterte, the legal advisor noted.

Salvador Panelo also said.
